After managing the Divertimenti Cookery School and graduating from Leith’s School of Food and Wine, I now work as a freelance Home Economist. I am passionate about food and its place in social history and art. My food style is light, relaxed and accessible, drawing inspiration from my time at Leiths, my Australian and Mediterranean heritage, and six years of food industry experience across a range of roles, both organisational and practical. I am always at my best when I am able to share my passion with kindred souls face-to-face, whether teaching cookery or leading groups exploring London’s gastronomic delights.
